THE COMBI-FSE

Safety is in the Eye of the beholder: The FSE has been modelled from the successful Sideloader range with its comfortable cab, air suspension seat and generous roof to floor windscreen, but with the added benefit of the rear – under Deck, battery placement, which guarantees the best operator visibility of any comparable truck, as well as Zero emissions and reduced operational noise.

New Traction System

The FSE has been fitted with its most advanced steering system on its four wheeled trucks to date that’s never been seen on the market before.
The front steering axle sensors, linked to the Electronic Traction Control System on the rear axle enable the 2 independent 15kW drive motors to be controlled individually. The speed of each wheel is determined by the front wheel angle position, providing lower tyre wear and an unmatched turning angle and continuous traction at all times.

Maintenance Made Easy

Maintenance time has been kept to a minimum due to key service features such as its quick interchangeable battery for long shift work, centralised grease points on the front and rear of the load platform and removable panels for easy access to the motor. Regenerative braking which can recapture much of the truck’s kinetic energy during deceleration or changes in direction.
We introduced our first 4-wheel sideloader around 10 years ago after initial requests from companies in the timber sector, and it has since become pretty much a standard solution for those who run intensive schedules which clock up many operational hours. The technological advancements in battery technology since then means that it was a natural progression to develop this electric model, which will help customers to drastically reduce their carbon footprint.
